FIS slip details — project coding & authorization
Issued by = you (the signed-in tender). Fill what the paper slip shows; all optional and flagged if blank.
* marks the fields the audit office expects — but nothing blocks a save. A blank or off reading still records and is flagged for review, so fuelling is never held up. Operator and fuel truck remember your last entry; logging time is stamped by the server, not you.

🔒 Privacy notice — what this app records
This is an internal audit tool of IPM Construction & Development Corp. Under the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173) you should know:
What we record: the fuel-issuance details you enter (including the operator who received the fuel and the fuel truck), a photo of the paper slip and a selfie of the tender recording the entry, the date and server time of logging, and — for the Ask-AI-Vince helper only — who is asking and their approximate location.
The selfie is a photo only — no facial-recognition scan is run and no biometric face template is created or stored. It records who logged the issuance, the same way a signature would.
Why: to account for company diesel and investigate possible misuse — a legitimate business and employment purpose.
Who can see it: the audit office and authorised management only.
How long: kept for the audit period and as company records require; ask the audit office for corrections.
Findings are always leads to verify, never proof against a person on their own.
